By joining to Youth Leadership Mastermind (hereinafter “YLM”) conducted by Step Up International FZC (SUI), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Applicant Requirements

• Age above 18
• All nationalities welcome
• Must understand and speak English. This program will be delivered in English
• Must have your own ZOOM account (Download the recent version here)

*To get the most out of YLM online live session, we suggest members to participate by computer/tablet (not by phone). Also be in a quiet place with stable WiFi.

Fee Structure

Membership Fee

AED1,000 +VAT

Participate in two online live sessions each month

Access to the exclusive membership site

Unlimited access to recorded programs and learn at your own pace

Monthly automatic payment by credit/debit card via our secure gateway system

Non-payment of fees

Non-payment of fees may result in the withholding of attending online live sessions as well as accessing to the membership site.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time. In case of cancellation, please send an email to info@stepup-int.com and request your membership cancellation. Please note that it’ll take two working days to process the cancellation and any paid membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

01.      INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this website and YLM membership site as well as YLM online live sessions are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by SUI, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content.

02.       ABILITY TO ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS / LIMITATIONS ON USE

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions, and to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you are provided a password to access YLM membership site, then that password is for your personal use only, unless otherwise specified. You agree to be responsible for the security of your password.

03.       PRODUCT DELIVERY / MEMBERSHIP SITE / CONDUCT

A. For products or services that you purchase from us that are delivered through a download link, you will be given a URL to access and download the product(s) you purchased. In such instances, you agree not to share the download link with other people who did not purchase the product(s).

B. For products or services that you purchase from us that are delivered through a membership site, you will be given a username and password to access the course materials and tools. In such instances, you agree not to share your login information with other people who did not purchase the product(s). You will not sell access to this program or duplicate and sell any of its content without written permission.

C. Where applicable, the membership site is meant for informational purposes only. It is not intended as specific medical, legal, commercial, financial, tax or other professional advice. Use of the information on the membership site and this website are at your own risk.

D. Use of content, unless otherwise stated, is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute content, print multiple copies, or use the content for public display or performance unless otherwise stated.

E. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify without notice or liability, any portion of YLM.

F. You affirm, represent, and warrant that your participation on YLM and the content you submit does not relate to pornography, illegal activities of any kind, occult, hate, or racism. You also represent and warrant that the content you submit does not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties. SUI reserves the right to make the final decision regarding what is appropriate. SUI further reserves the right to remove content or terminate your account without prior notice for a violation of this provision.

G. You understand and agree not to provide false information about yourself, to impersonate another individual or provide misleading or false content.

H. You agree that any ideas, suggestions, or improvements that you provide to SUI about SUI’s products or services shall be owned by SUI and that SUI is free to include such ideas in future products without compensation to you.

I. You hereby warrant that any information you submit to SUI through this website, membership site and online live sessions are owned by you and that you have the necessary authority to submit such information. You hereby grant SUI a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to display, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise use any suggestions, ideas, and information that you provide to SUI.

04.       PRIVACY

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how SUI collects, uses and discloses personally identifiable information from its users. The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference as part of these Terms and Conditions.

05.       DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All materials, information, software, products and services included in or available through YLM content are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use. The YLM content is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SUI and its agents do not warrant that the YLM content is accurate, reliable or correct; that this website and membership site will be available at any particular time or location; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the YLM content is free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of this website and membership site is solely at your risk. Because some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, these exclusions may not apply to you.

06.       RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Thereby RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE SUI from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may hereafter have for any damages arising call of my participation in the YLM even if caused by the NEGLIGENCE of SUI either active or passive.

07.       AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE

I agree at any time now or in the future, to institute any lawsuit or cause of action against SUI or have anyone else claim on my behalf, or initiate or to assist in the prosecution of any claim for damages in respect to any loss or damage.

08.       APPLICABLE LAW/WAIVER OF TRIAL/VENUE HEADINGS

I agree that these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the laws of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates (the Laws) and the Laws shall apply to issues involving the construction interpretation, and validity of the Terms & Conditions, and that the Laws shall govern any dispute arising from or related to this Terms & Conditions. I hereby waive my right to a trial. The headings used throughout this Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and have no significance in the correlation of the body of Terms & Conditions.

09.       WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I understand that by joining to YLM, I am giving up necessary legal rights, and I intend to do so, and I do so of his own free will and with full acknowledgment of, and agreement to the Terms and Conditions.

10.       MONITORING AND RECORDING

I accept that online live sessions may be monitored or recorded. I agree not to record my sessions by audio or video recording, acknowledge that the sessions are not open to the public, including by streaming video. I acknowledge that all copyright in the sessions and any materials created for such sessions including the training manual is the property of SUl only, and no license or assignment in any contents is granted to me. The content of all events and all materials (Training session contents, recordings that are made available, etc.) are the intellectual property of SUl or the respective instructor and are protected by copyright. They may be used exclusively by the registered Participant to whom they were made available. In particular, publication even if only in part, reproduction, distribution and editing are prohibited as is the recording of an event in audio or video or by means of screenshots. Legal proceedings may be initiated in the event of any misuse.

11.       TRAINING SESSIONS

I understand that SUI will determine the content of the online live sessions and activities offered by its employees and contractors at its discretion. By joining to YLM, I agree that these training sessions are not psychological counseling, relationship counseling, financial advising, estate planning, nor any other type of advice or therapy session. I acknowledge that if I feel I need professional counseling or therapy, it is my responsibility to seek the help of a licensed professional. I agree that SUI and its employees and contractors are not financial advisors, investment advisors, brokers, or dealers, and no content provided by either the training or the training course materials is intended as any advice, and SUl does not recommend any particular investment. I understand that prior to/during participating in any online live sessions at YLM, I shall receive communications to prepare me for my sessions. I warrant the thoroughness and completeness of any online training I receive by voluntarily participating in YLM.

12.       PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant YLM, SUI, its legal representatives and assignees (hereinafter collectively referred to as the photographer the irrevocable and restricted right to use and publish photographs and video images of a tear in which may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium and in a jurisdiction, to alter the same without restriction, and to copyright the same. This includes any uses that the photographer deals are necessary or desirable. Thereby release the photographer from all claims and liability relating to any photographs or video images of me.
